Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order ID
• Clear photos of the received product
• A short description of the issue
Our team will review the request and confirm whether the refund is eligible.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. The amount may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
• The product has been used or damaged after delivery
• The refund request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The product was purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
